The World According To
Bex
World According To Bex stars Bex Atwell, a secretary
who's stuck in an 'almost' world - 'almost' in a relationship, 'almost'
in a good job, 'almost' a size 10/12.
Bex is trying to figure out what a smart woman is supposed to do in
a world where men behave like… well, men, but the more she discovers
the more infuriating they become.
Bex's boss Charles doesn't acknowledge relationship boundaries; her
on/off boyfriend Ryan is worried that she's "trying to corral his seed",
and her womanising father Jack has regressed into one of the lads.
With the help of her acerbic friend Chris and her subversive office
mate Jan, Bex tries to work out what men are all about and why women
even bother trying to work them out in the first place.
Jessica Stevenson plays Bex Atwell, Greg Wise
plays Charles, Oliver Chris plays Ryan, Clive
Russell plays Jack, Raquel Cassidy plays Chris
and Zita Sattar plays Jan.
The World According To Bex is created by Fred Barron.

Making Your Mind Up
Hello United Kingdom, this is the Ukraine calling… at least it will
be in 2005.
But before we get there, the nation needs to choose a song with plenty
of boom-bang-a-bang to bring home the coveted trophy.
Yes, it's time to unfurl the Union flag with a cry of "nul points -
never again!" and cast your vote when Making Your Mind Up makes a triumphant
return in the spring.
Ok, so we didn't win last year, but at least James Fox hit all the
right notes - but did you think he was the wrong choice?
If so, there is only one way to make sure your act goes to the Ukraine
as Eurovision celebrates its 50th anniversary in 2005, and that's to
vote.
Whether it's via SMS or interactively with the red button, there really
can be no excuse not to get involved this time!

Comic Relief 2005
Red Nose Night
91Èȱ¬ ONE celebrates the 10th Red Nose Day on Friday 11 March 2005 with
a truckload of TV treats.
The night includes a very special Vicar
Of Dibley and a series of celebrity Little
Britain featuring the likes of Robbie Williams
and George Michael, as well as much more unmissable
comedy and live music.
Since its launch in 1985, Comic Relief has gone from strength to strength,
raising over £310m for projects both in Africa and here in the UK.
Over the years, Comic Relief cash in Africa has educated people about
HIV and Aids, taught women to read and helped rebuild communities after
conflict.
Across the UK it has helped disabled people challenge prejudice and
discrimination, supported older people in their fight to get rights
recognised and provided escape routes for women living with domestic
violence.
Red Nose Day 2003 raised a whopping £61,477,539 thanks to support from
fundraisers around the country.
During next March's Red Nose Night viewers will be able to see how
their money has helped Comic Relief to make a real difference to the
poorest and most vulnerable people in the UK and Africa.
This year is all about Big Hair and Beyond - changing the way you look
for a day to help transform someone else's life forever.
So Red Nose Day 2005 promises to be the biggest, reddest restyle in
history!

29 Minutes Of Fame
From the creators of Whose Line Is It Anyway?, 29 Minutes Of Fame is
the panel show in which anything can happen.
For some, fame is a fleeting moment in the glare of the camera flash,
for others it lasts a lifetime.
But no matter what its nature, fame is a game, and some play it better
than others.
The show takes two teams of well known faces from the world of comedy
and makes them battle it out over a series of rounds to uncover who
knows the most about anyone with an ounce of celebrity - from Albert
Einstein to Kylie Minogue.
Cheeky and completely irreverent, this fame game has got to be played
to win, but in this instance the running time is a little longer than
Warhol's 15 minutes. It's 29 to be exact.

from the La Manga resort in Spain, the show features a Masters heat
which includes footballing legend John Barnes and boxer
Barry McGuigan.

For the final, shot put, football and cross country are replaced by
