Despite
the hustle and bustle of the capital, London can be a great place to watch wildlife.
The
city has the largest urban park in the UK - Lee Valley Park which lies just 20
minutes out of town. Lee Valley is the place to see some of the country's most
elusive and impressive wildlife.
"The
green spaces within our towns and cities are becoming increasingly important habitats
for wildlife.
"With much of the countryside turned over to intensive
farming, it's often the humble local park that provides vital food and shelter
for animals in winter."
