"This series is as close as one could get to the real-world political situation, begging the question, are the writers better at forecasting life than life itself?"
Trevor Coffey, Littlehampton
"A tense and exciting episode. The flashbacks just kept us guessing until the end. The almost execution of Bahkshi was just horrifying. This series is probably the cleverest and most layered of any I've seen."
Lewis, Glasgow
"This was exquisitely crafted and superbly acted, with lots of action and excitement. However, in this instance the writers pushed the boundaries too far with regards to plausibility. I didn't like the twist at the end regarding Ana, which threatened to push Spooks into soap-opera territory. Also, the addition of Ben is dangerous. I hope he's not a replacement for Raza Jaffrey, whose charisma just can't be imitated. But, once again, wonderfully nerve-wracking." Natalie, Kent
"Having just re-watched the first three series, one remembers what's missing - more believable plots, more interesting character development and legends. The glitz factor Spooks now has may pull in audiences but it's a shadow of its former glories.
Having been a great successor to Tom, Adam has become a James Bond parody. The show totally hangs on Harry now. Harry needs a new team and we need a return to what originally made Spooks great."
Sebastian, UK
"In a word: phenomenal. I didn't think that the giddy heights of the last episode could be topped, but I think it may have been. This series just gets better and better. I hope Spooks keeps up its pace next series."
