I haven't read any of the previous comments yet, so this is my "take" on it!!

We have to accept that we are "using" our bodies on a daily basis. I am 51. I have been using EVERYTHING for 51 years! Things are gonna start to seize up a bit!

But, it's all good. We just have to keep on going, one foot in front of the other - stay positive. My lovely mum would have said "Be grateful you can get up in the morning and go to work. So many people wish they could, and for whatever reason, they can't".

super bp #15: I love Werewolves of London! On another matter, many years ago MrS and I video-taped "An American Werewolf in London" while we were out at the pub. Came back, ran back the tape, listened to the title music (Blue Moon) and heard the first "howl" of the wolf ...... we both grabbed the remote to turn it off, we were both so terrified already!

Chrissie - I had similar with Blair Witch. Saw it at the cinema, very near Halloween. The drive home was a very rural B road, with lots of leaf-shedding trees lining the roadside, dark, windy ....

Got home. Went to bed and in the middle of the night Mr Diva had to wake me up as I was screaming the house down in my sleep.

Blimey - I was scared!

I had to be wiped of the roof of the cinema during the dark knight and esp the pencil disappearing trick

also poleguit scared me so much that I sopped half way through no 2 and went to bed dispite the fact we had friends round - had one bad nights sleep and even the thought of it makes me shiver (and not in antcipation)

Christof, I heard you acknowledge last night that this babe is not your first, and that you can learn from early lessons. That was lovely. I contemplated how your daughter would be feeling - regardless of contact you have with her. My husband has a daughter to his first relationship - and we tried to foster a relationship but it failed, and I think half the reason was down to a feeling of our kids having what she didn't have. there is nothing we can do to make it better - but the thought of her is there at the back of our minds.

We can't always do everything right, but where we get a chance to we should give it our all.
