- Happiness is a positive emotion we all experience from time to time.
- Although we would all like to have more happiness, it's important to look after all of our emotions.
- Our circumstanceAn event or situation that can affect our lives and feelings. For example, someone might be having a difficult time with their family and this affects their mood and actions. can really affect our happiness. We all face different challenges that can make life difficult.
