'All you need is 15 minutes to learn CPR'
Former Newcastle United footballer David Ginola is getting behind a new campaign for people to learn CPR after surviving his "sudden death".
The former winger had a quadruple heart bypass after collapsing during a charity match in France in May 2016. He was given CPR on the pitch, which he says was crucial to his survival.
Now an ambassador for the British Heart Foundation, Ginola is encouraging people to learn the life-saving skill.
He joined Carol Malia in the Look North studio to talk about Every Minute Matters, which urges everyone to take just 15 minutes - the length of the half-time interval - to learn CPR.
