Unless you've been staring at the ground while walking through Centre Square in Middlesbrough recently, you couldn't fail to notice the new Big Screen there.
It's one of a national network of Screens installed as part of a collaboration between the 2012 Olympics organising committee and Middlesbrough Council – as well as content from the 91Èȱ¬ there is plenty of contentÌý made by local film-makers - and this could mean small groups like yours.
The 2012 Games are not just about sport. They'll also celebrate cultures, people and languages… That's in London, across the UK, and here on Teesside.
The newer Big Screens across the country (including Middlesbrough's) have already been a focal point for some of the biggest events in town.
In Middlesbrough these have ranged from the huge Music Live, with up to 50,000 people seeing themselves up on the Big Screen, to smaller gatherings using the Screen to watch free live performances from the Royal Opera House in London.
Plus, on a daily basis, a dazzling array of local film-making talent is constantly on display. It can be contributions from highly-skilled students at the University of Teesside, or young budding "Spielbergs" from schools in the area.
The 91Èȱ¬ and Middlesbrough Council look forward to working with more people locally, helping them to potentially get their work up on the Big Screen, or their events organised in Centre Square.
