The route starts on Acklam Road and goes up towards the Blue Bell, past the crematorium.

Then the race turns left and goes up Ladgate Lane, and then left again at Marton Road.

Left again down Keith Road, on to Green Lane and then left again at the end of the road, back on to Acklam Road.

The race doesn't stop where it started though, as it turns left up Hall Drive, and finishes at Acklam Sports Centre, near the route for the PCT fun run.
