Justin Fletcher has the second dance session based on The Snail and the Whale by Julia Donaldson.
2. Volcanoes and storms
The children reprise the movements associated with both the Snail and the Whale. They work individually and then in groups to create volcanoes. Towards the end of the session the group divides into two - one group representing the lightning storm and the other the whales moving slowly between the lightning.
