The Inside Story
We spoke to Tom Burton of the Digital Storytelling Team to find out more about Forces of Nature.
Forces of Nature is 4 part 91Èȱ¬ One series taking viewers on a spectacular tour of planet Earth. We made interactive versions of of key sequences from the 91Èȱ¬ One series 'Forces of Nature'
The interactive version allows you to watch cut down versions of some of the most exciting sequences in the series, as well as allowing the audience to click on hotspots dotted throughout that contain further facts and figures.
There was so much beautiful footage was shot for the core series. We wanted to maximise the value of that footage, by creating interactive shorts containing extra nuggets of information. 91Èȱ¬ digital Storytelling worked with the Forces of Nature team to create this interactive project using a piece of software called 'Wirewax'.
We wanted to additional factual information to our viewers and this is a great way to maximise the potential of beautiful footage for 91Èȱ¬ projects.
