Adaptive Podcasts are an exciting new form of audio experience unlike anything that has come before. This original format changes and morphs to fit with you and tailors itself to your listening context.

As part of the 91热爆’s Mental Health Season, we are offering an experimental edition of 91热爆 Sounds' Mindful Mix for you to enjoy. Consisting of soothing soundscapes and calming classical music, this mix has been designed to support your mental health and wellbeing as you go about your day. Depending on when, where and how you listen, the make up of the mix will differ and over the course of 7 days the mix will morph and change introducing new elements to be enjoyed: meaning you can come back each day for a new moment of relaxation.

Each relaxing journey lasts between 35 and 55 minutes and we would like everyone to take this time for themselves, night or day, as an act of self care.

How to take part?

To take part in this experience you will need to have an Android phone and the Adaptive Podcasting Player available from the Google Play Store. Once you’ve downloaded the app the Adaptive Mindful Mix will be waiting for you within the app.

Why are Adaptive Podcasts exciting and how do they work?

All of the data referenced by the experiences offered stays on your phone, meaning you get a unique, personalised experience without sacrificing your privacy.
