    Huddersfield 1-0 Bristol City

Bristol City boss Lee Johnson has made a double change for the start of the second half, withdrawing Markus Henriksen and Filip Benkovic in place of Adam Nagy and Niclas Eliasson.

The visitors also came out five minutes ahead of the restart.

Can they find a way back against Huddersfield?

Coventry have carved out a few chances in response to Rotherham’s opening goal.

But it’s Rotherham who have come closest to the second goal from top scorer Freddie Ladapo.

City keeper Marko Marosi did well to turn it aside but that will only partially atone for the mess he made of the Millers’ opener.

Not the best night for a goalkeeping howler.

    Long way to go though!

Blimey, this is a sensational goal from Nottingham Forest who well and truly tear up the Cardiff defence.

Lewis Grabban picks up the ball on the right wing for the visitors and delivers a pinpoint-accurate low cross into the box towards the feet of Tiago Silva who makes no mistake from close range.

    • In tonight's other fixture Grimsby flew out of the blocks with Bradley Garmston netting his first goal for the club after two minutes. Jordan Green equalised for Newport before Josh Benson put Grimsby back in front at the break.

Advantage doubled. West Brom are surely going seven points clear at the top of the Championship tonight.

Hal Robson-Kanu chests down a long Callum Robinson ball into the path of an unmarked Jake Livermore who buries his shot inside the box.

    Tuesday's EFL action

They're still playing in the first half between West Brom and Preston but it's otherwise half-time across the EFL.

So what better time to round-up the best of the action in League One and League Two...

  10. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:40 Greenwich Mean Time 25 February 2020

    Huddersfield 1-0 Bristol City

A goal from on-loan Benfica forward Chris Willock gives relegation-threatened Huddersfield a precious half-time lead.

They deserve it as well, with play-off chasing Bristol City again looking off-colour and staring a third successive defeat in the face.

  11. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:36 Greenwich Mean Time 25 February 2020

    QPR 1-1 Derby

Both sides had chances in the early stages before the game was lit-up by a fine finish from QPR captain Grant Hall.

It looked like that would be good enough for the half-time lead but two minutes before the break, Martyn Waghorn found space in the penalty area to head the equaliser.

There's more goals in this one I tell you!

  12. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:36 Greenwich Mean Time 25 February 2020

    Luton 2-0 Brentford

Kenilworth Road is rocking after that second goal.

As it stands Luton will be of the bottom of the Championship and four points from safety, while Brentford are missing the chance to put pressure on Leeds - who play tomorrow.

Is the great escape on and does it start tonight?! Who would have seen this?!

Martin Cranie bags Luton's second goal of the evening after he pokes home from David Raya's parried save and Brentford look stunned.

    West Brom 1-0 Preston

Darnell Fisher puts West Brom under further pressure and once again David Nugent is fed with a promising cross.

However the veteran Preston striker heads just wide of the mark.

  15. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:32 Greenwich Mean Time 25 February 2020

    Cardiff 0-0 Nottm Forest

Goalless at the Cardiff City Stadium, where there has been little to warm the cockles of those watching on.

Fifth-placed Nottingham Forest have won just one of their past five games but with Brentford and Preston both behind, this scoreline isn't too bad for them.

    West Brom 1-0 Preston

David Nugent has started tonight alongside Alan Browne for Preston and he's had a golden chance to get them back into this game at the Hawthorns.

Andrew Hughes puts a lovely ball into the West Brom box and Nugent heads to ground at the far post and it bounces out for a goal kick.

    Chris Willock (39 mins)

Moments after Huddersfield have the ball in the net before it's ruled out for offisde, they finally break the deadlock.

Karlan Ahearne-Grant fires a close range shot which is pushed away by Bristol City keeper Daniel Bentley into the path of Fraizer Campbell who is flagged offside in the process of burying his shot into the net.

But soon after, Emile Smith Rowe plays a ball in to Chris Willock who curls home inside the box to break the deadlock.

We seem to have a knack for predicting goals tonight!

QPR have the opener through Grant Hall!

The skipper hits a half-volley in off the underside of the bar - goals always look that touch more spectacular that way don't they!

    Game on.
