James Ward-Prowse is due for a medical at Nottingham Forest after they agreed a loan deal with West Ham.
It is a straight loan for the season, with no option or obligation to buy, with the midfielder currently travelling to Nottingham.
The 29-year-old only joined the Hammers from Southampton for 拢30m last summer but does not feature in new manager Julen Lopetegui's plans.
Benfica defender Morato is also poised to move to the City Ground in a deal worth around 15m euros (拢12.6m).
The 23-year-old Brazilian has made 78 appearances for Benfica, with Forest currently working on the deal.
