Bristol Academy sign Lauren Townsend from Cardiff City

Lauren Townsend has spent the last seven years with Cardiff City Ladies
Defender Lauren Townsend has become the fourth Wales international to sign for Bristol Academy for the 2015 season.
The 24-year-old has spent the last seven years playing with Cardiff City Ladies and has 14 international caps.
Townsend's Wales team-mates Hayley Ladd, Nadia Lawrence and Sharla Passariello agreed deals with the Vixens last month.
"Lauren is a good technical player who can offer an attacking threat from defence," said boss Dave Edmondson.
"Her ability and attitude has thoroughly impressed us in training. She is a strong addition to the team and one I am looking forward to working with over the season."
