Cheltenham teenager Joe Hanks scored his second goal to rescue a point for his side against Dagenham.
The 19-year-old substitute followed in after Jordan Wynter's shot came back off the crossbar in the 87th minute.
Dagenham had taken the lead when former Robins striker Jamie Cureton got on the end of an Ashley Hemmings pass and finished well.
The hosts fought back and had hit the bar through Zack Kotwica before Hanks secured a draw.
Cheltenham Town boss Mark Yates told 91热爆 Radio Gloucestershire:
"I'm pleased for the team and the supporters that they stuck with us and we managed to get that goal. We didn't want to be talking about not scoring.
"I think the key to it is the tempo that we started with was excellent, for 25 minutes, and then the tempo when they scored. That's what we should be about - that's what's going to win us games.
"I'm delighted we managed to get something out of the game, I thought it was the least we deserved, but the goal we conceded was disappointing.
"The substitutes came on and made an impact. Zack (Kotwica) was excellent, Joe Hanks got the goal and Terry (Gornell) was part of the build-up for the goal."
Dagenham and Redbridge boss Wayne Burnett told 91热爆 London 94.9:
"It's funny this game because we haven't played particularly well today, we've probably played better in games where we've got beat.
"We haven't played great - in terms of footballing fluidity and cohesion it's probably the worst we've played.
"I've never ever faulted my players' work ethic or effort. I've faulted their decision making and questioned their naivety and game management."
