Britain's Jessica Ennis-Hill will contest her first heptathlon since she won gold in the discipline at London 2012 when she competes in the Hypo-Meeting in Gotzis on 30-31 May.

Ennis-Hill, 28, competed in a handful of single discipline events in 2013, but injury ended her season early.

She took the following year off, giving birth to her son Reggie in July 2014, and returned to training in October.

Compatriot Katarina Johnson-Thompson is also set to compete in the event.

She is the defending champion after scoring a personal best of 6682 in Gotzis last year and will make her own comeback from a foot injury at next month's Birmingham Indoor Grand Prix.

Ennis-Hill won gold at the 2012 London Olympics with a British and Commonwealth record score of 6,955 points.

She also claimed heptathlon gold at the 2009 World Championships and the 2010 European Championships and World Indoor Championships.

But missed the World Championships in 2013 because of an Achilles tendon problem.

And she was absent for the European Championships and Commonwealth Games in 2014 before giving birth.
