Bridgwater Carnival is one of the world's largest illuminated carnivals.

Now in its 161st year, the event is closely linked with Guy Fawkes' attempt to blow up the Houses of Parliament.

Around 150,000 people saw 150 brightly coloured carts on all manner of themes including Titanic, Vampires and the Jungle Book, take part in the parade around the town's centre.
