A couple of pictures for Jill from EK.
The building is the main kennel block, which used to be the assistant lighthouse keepers cottages. The kittens are about 3 months old and the final picture is the view from our back garden. Yes, it is lovely here.

I won't be the only one to enjoy them! Thank you, TL, they are lovely. Are the kittens yours or are they paying guests? And where do you live yourself - is it a similar building? The view is gobsmacking, I am sooooo jealous!

Just checked out where you are living! Aren't lighthouses romantic? And there is nothing so good to cheer the spirits on a wet and windy passage in the dark as to see the loom of an expected lighthouse come over the horizon. Radio beacons just don't awake the same feelings.

Looks very nice and cheery. Well maintained. What do you burn in the fireplaces? Do you have a dog to defend the cats? (clearly those cats in the pic. are not blood-thirsty, vole murdering cats ... unlike some I could name, but if I did, the spammer might get me).

Thanks for the photos! Incredible view--the beauty of the islands that I see here on IB constantly amazes me! And those kitten are adorable! Shame on you mjc for implying naughty things about FC who isn't here to defend herself or Marmers!

Flying Cat from tubular voles
These two kittens are ours, arrived here at 4 weeks old, having been left by the roadsie (aahh!). Having hand fed them they couldn't possible leave, so stayed along with our older two cats. Don't be deceived by appearances. The grey fluffy one is killer personified and doesn't stop at voles, rabbits are her usual target. Her sister on the other hand is less able and prefers to drape around my neck. We live in a very similar building to the kennels block, more pictures soon.
