I see the signs..
on all the faces..
in my neighbourhood.

I see the wear..
and tear...in places..
that i never should.

Beautiful.

Hermit from Sanday

Lovely photos, IP, especially the first one. Nice of you to put in a cat pic too!

Aaaaaw it's a count the cute kittens competition. I see three. (I thought the middle one was a magnificent tail at first, but it's not anatomically possible!). The second one down is sublime - the backlight and the delicate frisson on the foreground water...mmmmmm.

What's the prize what's the prize what's the prize???

Flying Cat from getting over-excited...again

tempted to say the prize is one (or all) of the kittens! - fortunately these all have nice homes to go to already.

isles pictures from grimsay

Slippers is a brilliant name for a cat and I am very glad all the kits have been found homes, because there are perennial mutterings here about introducing another cat to Anorak Towers, and I would be VERY Queen Vicky about any such thing!
