In a special programme on April 25 Today examined whether the former Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic should be tried for war crimes in Kosovo.
A panel of legal experts were invited to preside at a mock pre-trial hearing based
on the indictment against Mr Milosevic drawn up by the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia.
The prosecution and defence were presented by two top QCs who cross-examined witnesses from Kosovo, Belgrade, Washington and London.
