Dr Petra Klepac
Dr Petra Klepac is working on transmission dynamics and control of infectious diseases with a particular interest in international cooperation in public health. Her research lies at the interface of ecology, epidemiology, economics, and applied mathematics. Her current research focuses on influenza, its spatial spread, dynamics and optimised outbreak response. She is currently an Assistant Professor at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and a visiting researcher at University of Cambridge. She was formerly a Senior Mathematical Modeller at Public Health England and Imperial College London & was a UNESCO-L鈥橭real 鈥淔or Women in Science鈥 Fellow.
