Weight loss has been a hot topic recently, since the increased use of jabs to help drop the pounds. But alongside that are headlines promising crash diets... including the 'carnivore' all protein diet, which cuts out all fruit and veg, and has over a billion views on social media. Dr Ranj explains what happens to the body when you eat like this - and the real way to get a balanced diet.
