Estate agents Big V and Tobias are helping young people find the best rental properties on tiny budgets as well as helping people stuck in tenancies make the most of difficult rental situations. In this episode the lads visit Manchester and Belfast.

First up is 25-year-old Dan from Wigan, who is looking to move to central Manchester. To make his budget work, he will need a flatmate, so Big V and Tobias are organising a speed flat-mating event, but will Dan click with any of their suggestions?

Then it’s on to Belfast to help 21-year-old Ciaran. Ciaran is stuck living at home and struggling to find a place to call his own. Not only does he have a lower budget than the average for Belfast, but he doesn’t have a guarantor. Will the boys be able to convince a landlord to take a bet on him while securing a suitable property below market rate?

Big V and Tobias also look at some of Britain’s rental woes – from rodent infestations to questionable DIY by landlords – and give advice on what renters need to do to protect themselves and enforce their rights.
