Pardon for gay men convicted under abolished laws
Gay men prosecuted under laws banning same-sex relationships can now apply to have their convictions erased in Scotland.
The discriminatory legislation was abolished in 1980 but the convictions remained in place.
Nick Duffy was one of thousands of men who fell victim to the old laws.
