Part 2 - Clip 6: The journey to safety

TEACHERS' NOTES FOR THIS CLIP

DRAMA ACTIVITIES:
1. Whole group - imagination: the group imagines their journey to safety, leaving the city through a gate in the north wall and heading to high ground (Moorfields).
Then the group removes 鈥榁R helmets鈥� to return to Matrix.
2. Whole group - discussion: the group quickly considers other periods from history that they may have studied that could be shown at Matrix 鈥� Victorians, Vikings, etc.

GUIDANCE:
1. Make sure everyone is listening carefully and be ready to pause the playback if necessary.
2. An opportunity for children to apply the Matrix formula to other periods from history that they are familiar with.
