Lisa Heathcote is a home economist who has been working behind the scenes making food for film and TV for 25 years. She's made soup for Nicole Kidman and a giant lobster tower for Batman. She's also the food brains behind the much-loved TV series Downton Abbey. Emily Thomas went to meet her in her south London kitchen to find out more.
