During his career Samson Young has worked with a long range acoustic device, sometimes called a sonic weapon, it is often used to disperse crowds and wildlife. He鈥檚 composed with video games, smart phones and laptops and performed a version of Brahms String Quartet No1 Movement 1 with voices that re-produced the original rhythm, dynamics and phrasing but with no musical pitch.
