'It's miraculous' says SA's spinach king
In the US, 26 March is National Spinach Day. The leafy green vegetable is widely known for its many health benefits and in the Khayelitsha township in Cape Town, Lufefe Nomjana has found an innovative way to promote these benefits in his community, baking and selling spinach bread.
Africa Business Report visited his bakery to find out how it all began.
