'We should charge drunks at A&E'

With the NHS facing the pressure of a growing and ageing population, is it time to start charging for some services?

A 91热爆 IPSOS/MORI survey of more than 1,000 adults in the UK suggests that a third of people think it would be acceptable to charge for treatment - but half thought that would be unacceptable.

And from April, hospitals will have a legal duty to charge overseas patients upfront for non-urgent care, unless they're eligible for free treatment.

The Victoria Derbyshire programme heard a range of views on whether drunk people should pay for the emergency healthcare they receive.
