Kinky Boots - the musical based on the film about a Northampton shoe factory - won three categories at last night's Olivier Awards including best new musical. Matt Henry (pictured) collected the gong for best actor in a musical for his portrayal of drag-queen Lola and Gregg Barnes won for his costume design. Cyndi Lauper who wrote the songs for the musical said she is "chuffed" with its success.
