Mud rescue woman 'lucky to alive'
A woman from Cambridgeshire had to be rescued when she got stuck in wet clay on a north Norfolk cliff on New Year's Day.
She had gone down the cliff at Trimingham after her dog, but got trapped and started sinking in the wet clay.
Coastguard Sam Baggaley was called to her rescue, and says she is lucky to be alive.
