Discussion on David Cameron's renegotiation at EU Summit
David Cameron insists there is "a pathway to a deal" on reforming the terms of Britain's membership of the EU.
The British prime minister set out his key demands in talks with other EU leaders at the summit in Brussels.
Mr Cameron said "good progress" had been made but that there was still hard work to get full agreement in time for the next summit in February.
Conservative MEP Ian Duncan joined Andrew Neil to discuss the plans.
Guests of the day Labour MEP Claude Moraes and the Lib Dem MEP Catherine Bearder also gave their thoughts.
