Preliminary work begins on new dual carriageway
Preliminary work has started on the new Norwich Northern Distributor Road.
Costing 拢180m, the 20km (12.4 miles) dual carriageway will link the A47 in the east to the A1067 to the west of Norwich, taking thousands of cars out of the city centre.
Construction on the road will begin in March and is expected to take less than two years.
