Official complaint into murder investigation

The brother of a man murdered more than 30 years ago is to hand in an official complaint about the original police probe on the anniversary of his brother's death.
Peter Miller, 24, was stabbed to death in Great Yarmouth on 9 December 1984.
In April 2013, police said they may have found the murder weapon, and Tony Miller spoke to 91热爆 Look East's reporter Kim Riley. No-one has been charged with Peter Miller's murder.
