Social services claims turnaround
Norfolk social services claims a new way of working with vulnerable children is helping to turn around the troubled department.
The new method, called "Signs of Safety" uses simple, easy to understand language, and encourages friends and family to help, taking a more positive approach.
A social worker helped Chantelle Cast turn her life around when she came out of prison, and now she works as a peer mentor, helping other young mums.
Mike Liggins reports.
