Council to recruit 'street champions'
A volunteer band of so-called street champions could be recruited across Norwich, as the city council wrestles with more cuts.
It's hoped the volunteers will encourage people to take greater ownership of where they live.
This could be by organising litter picking or community events.
Norwich city councillor Keith Driver says it's a good way of "bringing the community back together".
