Buster: The military dog who鈥檚 been 'shot at a lot'
He鈥檚 been to Bosnia, Iraq and Afghanistan, and survived being 鈥渟hot at a lot鈥. So Buster, the retired military dog, is no stranger to danger.
He has served the most campaigns in combat 鈥 sniffing out bombs for a reward no more than a tennis ball.
But Buster has a softer side too, providing a 鈥済reat source of comfort鈥 by snuggling up to young soldiers serving in Afghanistan.
His handler, RAF police Sergeant Will Barrow, said: 鈥淗e鈥檒l make friends with them. They鈥檇 sit, tell him their darkest stories, their most innermost secrets鈥 he does love being around people.鈥
