The number of smokers in Northamptonshire has dropped by a third since the introduction of the smoking ban in public places.

Health professionals say there's still some way to go to reduce the figure further and hope that the No Smoking Day message will help others to quit.
Reporter Martin Borley talks to a couple from Corby who’ve both smoked for more than 45 years, and to Tracey Urand, a stop smoking specialist in Corby and Kettering.
Stuart talks to Dr Jamie Green, a GP at Delapre Medical Centre in Northampton, and to former smoker Valerie Lumbers from Thrapston.
