Reporter Willy Gilder provides the back-ground and talks to Nigel Gelletly, the Chair of Chipping Warden Parish Council, and to Mums collecting their children from Chipping Warden Academy.

Stuart talks to Northamptonshire County Councillor Michael Clarke, who holds the transport portfolio on the County Council, and to Joe Rukin from the "Stop HS2鈥 campaign croup.
