Police Burglary Investigations Made Harder By 91热爆s Left Unlocked

25% of domestic burglaries in Northants in December were at homes left unsecured. A police forensic investigator says if a door was not locked, there may not be much they can do.

25% of domestic burglaries in Northamptonshire in December were at homes which were not properly secured, according to Northamptonshire Police.

A forensic investigator from Northamptonshire Police says she and her colleagues will always turn up to investigate, but if a door was left unlocked there may not be much they can do.

Reporter Tom Percival spent the day with Rebecca Bishop, a level 3 forensic investigator with Northamptonshire Police. Stuart talks to Ian Fearnley, County Chairman of the Neighbourhood Watch Association, and to Michael Fraser, a former burglar who has presented TV programmes on the importance of making sure your home is secure.
