The parents of a Northants girl who died in a car crash in 2008 will meet Transport Minister Robert Goodwill in support of proposed changes to driving licences.

The parents of a girl from Northamptonshire, who died in a car crash in 2008, meet Transport Minister Robert Goodwill in support of proposed changes to driving licences.

Reporter Elinor Cross outlines how the new licences might work, and reporter Jo Black meets 22-year old Bryony who’s been driving for about 18 months.
