Changes to improve the efficiency of East Midlands Ambulance Service (EMAS) are failing, according to someone claiming to be a front line member of staff.
91热爆 Radio Northampton has received an anonymous letter from someone claiming to be a EMAS employee. It voices concerns at the way the service is being run, quoting that under qualified staff are being recruited and "unwelcome letters" are being sent to current employees.
Stuart talks to Northamptonshire MP's Peter Bone and Chris Heaton-Harris, who have both also received a copy of the letter, and to Phil Milligan, the Chief Executive of EMAS.
