Reporter Tom Percival meets Carole Fletcher and Lisa Walton from Piccolo's caf茅 on Cambridge Street in Wellingborough, while Stuart talks to Catrina Stewart, the Head of the Food Hygiene Ratings team at the Food Standards Agency, to Steve Vaughan who runs All Food Hygiene in Wootton, which offers food safety and food hygiene training courses, and to Matt O Donnell, Borough Council of Wellingborough's senior environmental health officer.
