Some of the biggest changes ever made to the NHS come into force this week. GP's now have the responsibility of shaping local services and deciding who provides them - a process already well underway in Northamptonshire.

Reporter Mark Jones asks people in Northampton if they've had issues getting a GP appointment, while Stuart talks to Fred Evans who is on the board of Northamptonshire Link, and to Dr Kamal Sood, the clinical lead for 111 services in Northamptonshire.
