The number of house burglaries in Northamptonshire has rocketed since last April. Car crime is also on the rise. Police have made these type of crimes a priority once again under Operation Guardian.

Reporter Elinor Cross was with Northamptonshire Police on a raid on suspect's homes, and Annabel Amos met reformed criminal "Mark" who explained how to protect your car from thefts.
