A Sikh journey to commitment
A Sikh man, Baljit Singh, discusses the pressures on young people to 'fit in' with contemporary youth culture and how this can conflict with religious commitment. He explains his own struggle between conformity and spirituality and how he eventually took Amrit (rebirth) and joined the Khalsa. The last section of the clip looks at diversity amongst Sikhs and how, despite differences, equality is at the heart of Sikhism.
