The developers of two of the newest areas in Corby, Little Stanion and Priors Hall, have told Corby Borough Council that they can't afford to hand over the so-called "Section 106" money previously promised for community facilities. Stuart talks to Norman Stronach, Corby Council's Acting Chief Executive, to Councillor David Sims, leader of the opposition Conservative group on the Council, and to Roger Humber, the Strategic Policy Advisor at the House Builders Association.
