Rats Epidemic Claim - "Worst For 30 Years"

There's an epidemic of rats in Northamptonshire, according to Peter Crowden from Rutland Pest Control. He says there's a 60 per cent rise in business this year and he's warning it could be dangerous.

We're facing an epidemic of rats in Northamptonshire - according to a pest controller working across the county. Peter Crowden from Rutland Pest Control and the former Chair of the National Pest Technicians Association tells Stuart that he's seen a 60 per cent rise in business this year and the rat problem is the worst it's been for 30 years. Reporter Rebecca Dickson hears about the rat problem faced by farmer Tim Allebone at The Lines farm at Eastern Moordit and Stuart talks to Richard Mosely from the British Pest Association.
