Bus Interchange Approved + Milk Price Protest

Northampton Borough Council's Planning Committee has given the go-ahead for a new bus interchange to be built at the old Fishmarket site. With many calls and texts on the subject for the second day running, Stuart talks to Councillor Tim Hadland, who's responsible for Planning and Regeneration at NBC.
Chris Reader, who runs a Jersey dairy herd at Evenley, near Brackley, tells Stuart about the Westminster protest against further cuts to the price dairy farmers are paid for milk.
As the Government publishes its Social Care White Paper Stuart talks to Mario Ambrosi from the charity Anchor, England's largest not-for-profit provider of housing and care to older people which has properties in Northamptonshire, and to Mark Major, the director of Northamptonshire Carers.
Wendy Rousell from the British Horse Society tells Stuart that there's an objection to a planning application to build a wind turbine at Longbrook Farm close to the village of Thurling, just outside Oundle, because it could scare horses.
With councillors in Kettering discussing how to best decide where gypsy and traveller sites should go in the borough, Stuart talks to Cliff Codona, Chairman of the National Travellers Action Group.
