Modern newspapers are printed in full colour using high speed technology, but it doesn鈥檛 make them sell. They increasingly need to be accompanied by special offers or promotional give-aways. Presenter, Janet Street-Porter, visits News International鈥檚 latest printing press, which can produce 86,000 papers per hour. She also investigates some of the strategies press proprietors are trying in order to increase circulation. These include reducing cover prices and offering a whole range of freebies.
